No returns will be accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase.

New item purchases are eligible for a full refund ONLY if unwashed, unworn, unused, or defective, with original tags attached. A site credit will be issued for Underwear and Pajamas with panties.

Pre-Loved items and face masks are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. Please take a good look at all item details before placing your order.

Please note that garments made in Colombia will have a size tag different than the size listed on the item description. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
